Who operates RankEyeQ
SNG LABS LLC operates RankEyeQ. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use RankEyeQ.
Information you provide
We collect information you submit, including email address for authentication, profile fields (such as username, display name, and optional profile photo), and ranking submissions.
Account and profile information
Account records are linked to a UniversalProfile used across RankEyeQ features. Profile pages may display public rankings, stats, and bio content you choose to publish.
Ranking and submission activity
We store your contest submissions, draft saves, scores, leaderboard placements, and related contest metadata needed to grade contests and display results.
Usage and device data
We log operational events (such as sign-in, submissions, and feature usage) through server-side logging. We do not currently operate third-party advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Cookies and session storage
Authentication uses session cookies managed by our auth provider (Auth.js / NextAuth with database sessions). See our Cookie Notice for details.
How we use information
To authenticate you, operate contests, calculate scores, display leaderboards and profiles, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about the service.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and email providers to host the application and deliver sign-in messages when configured (for example, Resend or SMTP). Providers process data only to perform services on our behalf.
Public visibility
Usernames, display names, submitted rankings, and stats may be visible on public leaderboards and profile pages according to contest timing and release rules. Do not include sensitive personal information in public profile fields.
AI and automated processing
AI Competitor rankings and automated scoring workflows process contest data to generate and grade AI submissions. AI profiles are labeled and governed by our AI Disclosure.
Data retention
We retain account, contest, and leaderboard records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and maintain historical results integrity.
Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the service, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may update profile fields in account settings where available. You may request account deletion subject to operational and legal retention needs.
Account deletion
Contact us to request deletion of your account. Some contest history may remain in aggregated or de-identified leaderboard archives where required for integrity of past results.
Children and minors
RankEyeQ is not directed to children under 13. Accounts require 18+ or age of majority where applicable.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The Last updated date will change when we do. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where applicable.
